Centennial Coal - Springvale Mine Longwall Upgrade Project

The project's objectives are to

  • boosting profitability by maximising returns on capital cost and reducing unit cost of output
  • improving the efficiency of underground operations with a complete new longwall
  • Install a new design system for a seam split environment.

The new longwall will be installed at the Springvale Colliery - near Lithgow, in the Western Coal fields of NSW
